Ice*lighting™ is the amazing, fully automated, feature lighting system from Beadlight®.
The range of lighting covers everything from single pixel products, to low definition products, to the “mmd range” (multi modular design) and on to higher definition products. They all share the beauty of the unique patented Beadlight® diffusion system and the ice*lighting™ visual effects engine to create single or multiple arrays of visually appealing feature lighting incorporating moving textures, flowing colours and animations. All products in the range are designed to work with one another to bring designers’ unique light creations to life.
The mmd range (multi modular design) is like a designer’s palette used in the creation of unique lighting features. Currently MMD utilises from 1 to 9 basic elements, any number of which are combined in an art form. It draws on Beadlight® diffusion and the ice*lighting™ visual effects engine to vitalize the scintillating display with flowing colours, textures and animations.
Multi Modular Design (MMD) is a cost effective solution, ideal in Clubs, Casinos, Bars and Restaurants where the ambiance requires subtle mood enhancement. Other projects include commercial and public buildings, shopping malls, retail design and corporate atria.
The Multi Modular Design (MMD) system is comprised of LED light sources on printed circuit boards (pcb) attached to a back board and reflecting the layout of the designer. The pcb display is powered by the ice*lighting™ visual effects engine. Positioned in front of the pcb is the Beadlight® diffusion lens which is fixed around each aperture at the rear of the design wall. The MMD system includes pcbs, Beadlight® lenses and fixing kits. Apertures can be shaped to accommodate curves and other geometric shapes. People will enjoy the beauty of the designer’s creation which reveals flowing textures, colours and animations.
All products in the ice lighting range are designed to work together and the new ice lighting video shelves are unique in the world as they are designed to work within an ice lighting feature and form part of the same “lighting design”.
